kitchen stuff

I wear aprons.
A lot!

Here's a new one!

I used this sweet cherry fabric that someone gave away!!!
I know!
I wondered WHY they would do that too!

It wasn't quite wide enough for an apron....

But I FIXED THAT!
;)

Then I made a favorite
Easy.
Chicken.
Dinner.

Sour cream on the boneless chicken pieces.

Bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese
on the chicken pieces.

Put it all in a greased casserole dish.
Bake. 350 degress.
40 minutes??
Sorry if my directions are BIT sketchy!
That's the way I cook.
:/

Serve with mashed potatoes and grilled veggies.
Mmmmmm.....Good.....

  3. Super cute! I have to wonder how someone parted with the cherries fabric, too. Your apron looks even better with the side panels, I think. Seems like running out of fabric usually ends up being a design bonus.

  4. I am amazed at some of the fabric I inherit, fabric I would never think to part with. Those cherries are perfect for an apron - my favorite, most worn apron also has cherries. Gonna try that chicken - sounds like I something I can handle!

  9. What a cute apron. I wear aprons every day, and I keep wearing them until they're worn out--then I wear them some more! One apron I have is made from curtains that I sewed in the 70's.
